Wellness Plan Assessment and Development

The Controller’s Office, working together with the Health Services System, Human Resources Department, and other City agencies, stakeholders and labor organizations, will assess and select wellness initiatives as part of a comprehensive wellness plan for the Health Services System population that supports individuals to make behavior choices that reduce health and injury risk, improve health behavior skills, and enhance individual productivity and well-being. The assessment will review key health and productivity measures to identify wellness initiatives that encourage participation and have greatest impact on health outcomes and health care costs.
