The Whistleblower Program responds to specific allegations of administrative wrongdoing by city employees and those who do business with the city. The Whistleblower Program does not investigate general complaints or suggestions.

Complaints can be filed via telephone by dialing 3-1-1 (TTY: 415-701-2323). If outside San Francisco, call 415-701-2311.
