Retirement Services, Health Service System and Central Dept of Human Resources users should open issues using the Phire Help Desk link on the eMerge Portal Issues can be opened for: system access changes, configuration changes, data changes, error messages, interface errors, process errors, queries, reports and general inquiries.

Login Issues

Contact the Department of Technology Help Desk if you are unable to connect to or log in to the eMerge PeopleSoft system. Examples of connection issues include a "network error" message in your internet browser.  An example of a log in issue is if you do not have a valid password or user name. If you are unable to access the eMerge System, please contact the DT Help Desk.
