Administration Division

The Administration Division is primarily an internal support organization, serving over 250 staff in three locations. The division manages the Controller’s Office: Human Resources, Payroll, Budget, Contracts, Accounting and Financial Reporting, IT, Facilities and Operations, Emergency Management, and Administrative Support. Other areas include management of the: Citywide accounting series examinations, 1649 Accountant Intern Program, and administrative support of the Civil Grand Jury.
